Patient information
Fees, payment options and patient resources
Costs explained before treatment begins, the schemes and funds we work with, and practical aftercare information you can read at home.
How our fees work
There's no single price for most dental treatment. A filling in a small, easily accessed cavity is a different piece of work from a large one on a back tooth, and a crown on a heavily broken-down tooth may need additional preparation first.
So we examine first, then quote. You receive an itemised written plan with the item numbers, so you can confirm your rebate with your health fund before you commit. If something unexpected is found during treatment, we stop and discuss it with you before continuing.
Payment options
Private health funds
On-the-spot HICAPS claiming where your fund supports it. Rebates depend on your level of cover and remaining annual limits.
Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
Bulk billed for eligible children up to their remaining Commonwealth benefit. We check the balance before treatment.
Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
Treatment for eligible Gold and White Card holders under DVA arrangements. Some items require prior approval.
Afterpay
Buy-now-pay-later provider accepted at the practice. Approval, limits and fees are set by Afterpay, not by the clinic.
Humm
Payment plan provider accepted at the practice. Approval, limits and fees are set by Humm.
Zip Pay
Payment plan provider accepted at the practice. Approval, limits and fees are set by Zip.
EFTPOS and card
Payment is due on the day of treatment unless a written arrangement has been made.
Buy-now-pay-later and payment plan providers set their own approval criteria, limits, fees and late charges. Read their terms before applying — these are agreements between you and the provider, not with the practice.

Fees and payment questions
Do you publish a price list?
We don't publish fixed prices, because the fee depends on the treatment you actually need and how complex it is. After an examination you receive a written, itemised plan you can take to your health fund before deciding.
Can I claim on the spot?
Yes, where your health fund supports HICAPS. You pay the gap, and the rebate goes straight to the practice. The rebate amount depends on your fund, level of cover and remaining annual limits.
Is my child eligible for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule?
Eligibility is determined by Services Australia, not by the practice. We can check your child's remaining benefit balance with your consent before treatment begins.
When is payment due?
On the day of treatment, unless a written arrangement has been made in advance. We accept EFTPOS and card, and the buy-now-pay-later providers listed on this page.
